La información surge en medio de la reunión entre los representantes de la diplomacia de Estados Unidos y Rusia, que buscan acuerdos para la guerra en Ucrania sin la presencia de Kiev.

“Se espera que (...) ellos mantengan una reunión con sus homólogos estadounidenses, que estará centrada primero en el restablecimiento de todo el abanico de las relaciones rusas-estadounidenses”, dijo Dmitri Peskov, portavoz presidencial de Rusia.
